Worldwide Climate & Justice Education
A global climate and environmental justice education initiative operating across 61 countries. I joined as one of two full-time program staff and have spent four years building it from a small coordination effort into a program that reaches 60,000 participants annually through 285 events, with a partner and audience network of 5,000+ contacts across six continents. I also supported the Climate Ed Social Media Internship, a digital skills training program reaching 150+ students globally, serving as a guest speaker guiding participants through digital literacy, storytelling, and applied communications practice.Â
Cultural Adaptation
Each year our key partners and regions shift, from the Philippines and Pakistan to Kenya, and Canada. With over 60 countries engaged our work balances cultural awareness, language access, and facilitated partnerships to deepen local impact.Â
Partnership Networks
Our diverse network spans museums, institutions, governing orgs, schools, not for profits, students, teachers, administrators, and community leaders. Maintaining our network's engagement through diverse programming expands our field of participation each year.
Strategic Planning
My role includes leading strategic planning and results framework development. Working with executive leadership on vision, goals, and planning for each season's programming. Operationalizing these goals efficiently is critical for our small team.Â
Education Pioneers Fellowship
A competitively selected fellowship embedded within EdSource, an education journalism nonprofit in California, supporting internal revenue generation strategy and organizational capacity building. The work sits at the intersection of program design, organizational development, and mission sustainability for a 501(c)(3) operating in the public interest.
Strategic Development Fellow
Experienced Program Development

Centering people, strengthening communities.
Streetlight Chicago
A mobile platform designed to connect the 14,000 youth experiencing homelessness in Chicago with services, resources, and community. I led the full program development process, from a participatory discovery process with 50+ community stakeholders, including young people with lived experience of homelessness, through vendor RFP and selection to a 12-vendor public launch event. The work required holding the technical complexity of app development alongside the human complexity of designing for people in crisis, and keeping both in view at every decision point.
Ukraine Aid International
A contract communications role supporting a humanitarian organization during an active crisis. In one month, the team raised USD 160,000 through targeted digital outreach strategy I developed and implemented. I maintained direct coordination with partners on the ground via WhatsApp, often across languages, and built the templated communications infrastructure that allowed a small, remote team to move quickly without sacrificing consistency or integrity.

Common Energy
A renewable energy company working to expand community access to clean energy programs across the United States. My work here sat at the intersection of program communications, community outreach, and workforce development. I managed a team of 15 advocates, designing the training and onboarding systems that moved people from introductory community conversations into effective ambassadors for state-level renewable energy programs, with a significant number going on to pursue careers in energy advocacy and sector engagement after the program.
